Digital Storytelling
Digital stories are short 3-5 minute multimedia movies about a topic that is important to the writer. They combine photographs, video, animation, sound, music, text, and the narrator’s voice. Digital Stories can be used to create a personal story, or for marketing purposes to promote yourself of your business. They are also an excellent instrument for recording family stories for future generations to enjoy. Finished stories can be added to a blog, a website, a YouTube channel or simply shared with friends. Learn the steps to crafting an interesting and engaging story. Working with others, you’ll learn to refine, record and upload your story into digital editing software where you’ll combine your voice-over with other multimedia items to create a finished story you can be proud of.
