My project development career has a “Johnny Appleseed” quality… planting, nurturing and bringing to fruition programs, projects and ideas.
I have an innate facility for knowing how to formulate ideas into a coherent vision and then identify the steps necessary to make that vision a reality. My work includes creating educational programs and conferences, art camps, performing arts events, a community recycling task force, international travel tours and more. My approach is to work with clients to assess what’s needed, assemble the best possible team, facilitate the planning process and coordinate efforts to set and meet common goals and bring the project across the finish line in a timely and cost-effective manner. I’ve often been called upon to provide individual and group coaching designed to support each person’s unique contribution as well as the project’s overall success.
While my focus has been in education and the arts, my skills are transferable to any endeavor where people need to come together to get something done.
