Cross Cultural Journeys is an International Travel Organization that creates and leads high end tours to destinations around the globe. They specialize in providing opportunities for people interested in global awareness, indigenous cultures and personal growth.
As a Destination Manager, I planned, coordinated, and marketed up to ten trips per year. Involved: planning itineraries; coordinating with land operators, trip leaders, hotels, ground transportation and travelers; creating and implementing a marketing plan and producing collateral materials.
As a Trip Manager, I was responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the trip went smoothly. It involved; attending to individual needs and group interactions, ensuring travelers safety, health and comfort, handled emergencies, liasoning with land operators, documentation and managing expenses.
