Katherine Michiels School is a private infant – 5th grade school in San Francisco. It provides a progressive environment for the education of children focusing primarily on the Reggio Emilia model. They had an excellent reputation within the educational community but needed to reach new audiences.
I was tasked with helping to shape the message of who they were both verbally and visually and then and create, implement and update marketing plans over six years to boost enrollments and retention. I established a brand and carried that through all print and web-based collateral including websites, brochures, ads, logo, signage, large conference displays, rack cards, e-mail templates, banners and business cards.
In addition, over the course of six years, I worked closely with the Director and leadership team in an educational consulting capacity in areas relating to group dynamics, staffing, staff development & training and fund raising.
